The finalists for the 2007 Nebula Awards (which are awarded in 2008) have finally been announced. There are several longer pieces by famous short story authors, but I was mainly interested in the short story list:
• “Unique Chicken Goes In Reverse” by Andy Duncan
• “Titanium Mike Saves the Day” by David D. Levine
• “Captive Girl” by Jennifer Pelland
• “Always” by Karen Joy Fowler
• “Pride” by Mary Turzillo
• “The Story of Love” by Vera Nazarian
Be sure to check back after April 26 to find out which story won.
